The beach of Vasto Marina is set within the large gulf of the same name, a huge moon-shaped arch bordered by the mouth of the Trigno to the south and by the imposing damsel statue, La Bagnante (also called Sirenetta by the people of Vasto), to the north.
It is a very wide and kilometer-long beach of soft golden sand, which has behind it, in addition to a real urban agglomeration with hotels, clubs and campsites, splendid dune formations which, together with those of Punta Penna beach, represent one of the best preserved natural habitats of the entire coast.
